DST Braintrust
In order to assess our projects abroad from a variety of perspectives, each member of the Mission Trip delegation will become part of the DST Braintrust. Capitalizing on the wealth of professional expertise that will be
represented, the delegation will be organized into six “braintrust teams” committed to conduct SWOT analysis from one of six perspectives: arts/communication, business/entrepreneurship, education, government/legal, physical/mental health, and social services. Each team will compile its findings for each site, make recommendations and submit a report by the conclusion of the mission.
